Julie Biver is an emerging Luxembourgish artist whose work has attracted increasing attention within the country’s young contemporary art scene. Her artistic practice encompasses painting and visual experimentation, reflecting a generation of artists exploring individual forms of expression across different media.

In 2025, Biver was selected for the fourth Biennale for art students and young artists in Vianden, organized by ViArt in collaboration with the Cercle Artistique de Luxembourg. Her work received the First Prize of the 2025 Biennale, placing her among the most promising young artists of the exhibition. The award also led to participation in the Salon du CAL and an artist residency in Vianden in 2026.

Her artistic development has also been recognized through the JuKoWo youth art platform in Differdange, where she received an award from Luxembourg’s National Youth Service.

Biver’s recent recognition reflects the vitality of Luxembourg’s emerging art scene and marks her as an artist whose further development will be worth following closely.
